Check in check out

Check-in time is from 4 pm. The official check-out time is until 12 noon.

Credit cards

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Euro/MasterCard and Visa. All data received is stored encrypted and deleted after your departure. For a reservation we ask for your credit card details and we pre-authorize € 1, -, which will be settled with your invoice upon departure. Once the credit card has been verified, we will let you know that the reservation is final. Your reservation is not final without written confirmation from Cal-Mestre.

Cancellation, changes, complaints and no-show

You can cancel or change your reservation (if possible) 7 days before arrival. If your cancellation is late or if you do not show up, an amount up to the amount of the entire stay will be charged to the credit card received by us. Cancellation or amendment must be made in writing and must be dated. The client cannot derive any rights from a verbal cancellation. The date and time on which the written confirmation is received is the final date and time of cancellation. If there are complaints about your stay, they must be reported in writing before your departure via 2book@cal-mestre.com. No refund of payment or part of it is possible without written notification.

Children

We accept children 12 years and older.

Pets

We only allow dogs. Dog rules apply. Small/medium dogs €7.50 and large(er) dogs €12.50 (>15kg). Dogs are not allowed in the pool area or in the garden. Dogs may only be walked outside our hotel. Dogs can only be taken with you after written permission. There is a maximum of two small/medium dogs per room or 1 large dog.

Internet/Wi-Fi

Free high-speed high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all areas and by the pool.

Minimum age

The minimum age to book a room is 18 years old. Children under 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older.

Smoking/drugs

Spanish law prohibits smoking in all areas of the hotel, including all rooms. The possession and/or use of any kind of drugs is strictly prohibited in the hotel. In case of violation, the hotel is entitled to charge a cleaning fee of € 250 and to cancel the rest of the stay without refund. Smoking is allowed in the designated area, outside near the bench.

Damage to hotel

Any damage to rooms or the hotel grounds caused by you or your party and/or dogs during the stay and missing items on your departure will be charged to your credit card on file.

Tourist tax/VAT

The rates include service costs but exclude tourist tax of € 0.60 per person per night. 10% VAT is included in our room rates.

Without written notice to the contrary, we assume that you agree with our Terms and Conditions.
