Yoga during your stay

Your host, Marian, is a yoga teacher and during your stay you can arrange one or more yoga sessions with her. Never did yoga before? Then this can be nice way to know it.


Cal Mestre is a lovely relaxing place for yoga breaks for small groups (3 - 6 people).

Example of a day program:

Before breakfast you start the day with comfortable exercises to wake up the body.

Between 12.00 a.m. - 1.30 p.m.: Hatha yoga session followed by a light lunch.

In the afternoon you make your choice between a walk, a bike ride through the vinyards, a swim, sauna (Finnish and infrared), a massage.

At 7 p.m. dinner is served and at 9.30 p.m. we will close the day with an evening meditation.

Weekend:

A weekend break begins on Friday afternoon as from 4 p.m. en ends after Sunday afternoon lunch (additional nights possible). Costs: as from 240,-- per person.
